The Talk: What is it that will set us apart in the coming years as we work to produce the best communication products we can? A balanced sense of business requirements, elegant technical delivery, properly applied creativity, and rigorous accountability.
In this discussion, Jim Jacoby presents a fresh view on integrating these four perspectives in order to not just meet customer expectations, but to get into their moment... an imperative he refers to as "Be Here Now."
The art of story telling and effective video/animation production are key to a company's/brand's success in reaching their customer--by being in their moment--more than ever before.
Bio: Jim Jacoby is a business strategist, seasoned experience specialist, and entrepreneur. In the early 90's, Jim identified that the organizations attempting to integrate business strategy, brand, and technology were onto something, but going about it in the wrong way. From early lessons as a regional Director of Account Management at one of the major "dot-bomb" integrators, Jim distilled core processes that could actually integrate. Further, he discovered the starting points that would ensure that these divergent offerings not only coexisted, but delivered unique value when integrated.
Jim started Manifest Digital in May of 2001 and it has grown from a small core of design-focused individuals into a 60-person industry leader with integrated strategy, marketing, and technology. The cross-functional teams in this thriving company are capable of delivering conceptual solutions and seeing those through to production with a wide range of clients.
About Manifest: Manifest is an interactive agency with a unique ability to spark lively conversation, connection, and exchange. Team members communicate with each other and their clients in a visual process that ties disciplines to one another in fresh new ways. At its core, the agency applies a multi-dimensional technique called the “Manifest Effect (EFCT)” that results in clear and powerful insights. This perspective is honest and unbiased, helping customers and companies connect in more meaningful ways. Engaging websites, vibrant online communities, and tightly integrated cross-channel marketing become the norm.
